im trying to help my friend be able to play rec room again hes tried factory resetting deleting the app and app data nothing works he js sees logging in with the bar full but not actually logging him in can anyone help?

Can he not load into the dorm?

Is the start menu working?

@frail briar its like when you press play in the main menu not when loading the dorm
