from what i've seen they open usually in the summer time, but it was recommendations last year not applications. you can read more in the link im gonna send, but its not really updated
Occasionally we will have moderation applications open up on our discord server (discord.gg/recroom). When applications are closed, we do not have a time frame on when they will open back up again. When they are open, you will see a link to the application in the #announcements channel.
