I’ve been getting this error code for a while now, and to say I’ve been utterly disappointed is an understatement. I have tried many solutions to resolve my issue that is baffling to say the least. There are a insubstantial amount, verging on nonexistence social media solutions to this problem that few people have had recently.

I feel that :/ I’m still stuck on “unable to login” as well ever since the server was down on Wednesday , if nothing is working for u, just create a ticket to rec room support

I’ve created one already, didn’t help. I also did a factory reset on my headset, still didn’t work.

That’s unfortunate :/ I do feel some players are suffering from this server bug , because even with me, I was able to play rec room like Sunday-Tuesday and Wednesday is when players was experiencing server’s troubles

Probably for him yes, for me it always says “unable to login re-enter credentials” but this all happened when the servers was down on Wednesday so I think rec room is having trouble fixing for some players servers
Bc I had people suggesting just creating a ticket to RR support so but Cosmo! Said he already sent a ticket and didn’t work so who knows

I factory reset my headset then it worked fine then after I had to restart my headset it wouldn’t work again

I’m telling you, its the RR servers 😅 some people are doing fine now and some ain’t

I didn’t have any problems before Wednesday hit, that’s when I noticed Wednesday morning that I had to “resubmit my password” and I know my PW by heart so the server bugs makes sense for sure
