could just your oculus cause it happened to me aswell once just restart your quest

erm well i am pretty sure its a meta thing so i would check their servers see if you can hop on a different meta game and maybe if you do other thing n they dont work hard reset ur quest

Press the turn off on your vr then once off hold down the down hurting with the tune on button

And boot device again

then maybe js wait a day or two to see if it auto fixes i rlly dont play vr anymore so i cant rlly help u wit nun more sorry
