I don't mean to be rude if you actually do have a condition such as Tourettes, but i would honestly say that the game cannot accommodate to every individual player with medical issues. I would honestly recommend most likely staying muted because Voice Mod does not have a way to differentiate intentional and unintentional slurs/cursing
