By the play execution on the hologram, works the same as the audio.
Or
If your asking how to start audio and the Hologram at the same time, on play, theres an output execution which is the orange pin on the right of the board it will read play connect that pin to play the hologram and audio at the same time.
Unless your using CV1!!!

Just look up Holotar
And the Cv2 audio is called audio player to record get an audio sampler
You can use CV1 all youd like but I don't recommend it for it can be janky somewhat harder to read and limited to creativity.
