thats not the requirements to publish a rrs room, its the requirements to get auto access to rrs

you need recroom+ to get recroomstudio
you likely will not be able to get recroomstudio though due to your year ban

yeah, you cant get access to rrs because of your recent ban. i didnt see that until the guy above me mentioned it
