Step 1: Just reinstall windows 11 or windows 10 which ever you have and it fixes it.

Do all these things:
Delete the game and all its files then redownload.
Restart your computer
chek for computer updates
Check to see if anything else is effecting it by looking in task manager.
Do a virus scan
Download the rec room launcher.
If all else fails, Renstall windows or factory restart.
