It's ok, someone else asked this before. It's not stupid. Coach is indeed not real; it's only a developer-mode account for developers to make RROs and other official inventions for Rec Room. The voice actor for the character is Amy Lee (she's real lol), and she's voice acted as commentator characters in a few other games as well. According to Star Centurion, no one can go into it, and the leaks of it going into the account is likely fake for hackers to impersonate the real account.
