#How to add a world anchor to inventions?

In one of rec rooms update logs (seen here: https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/471710/view/7355013424114058682?l=english) it lists that:

Room anchors can now be added to all inventions, not just inventions made in the dorm or rec center.
I looked around in the settings for a bit, and I cant really find anything that actually allows me to toggle it or do it at all.
Does anyone actually know how to add a world anchor to an invention?
