No one can get RRS permanently. Maybe if you're RR Staff, maybe. Even if you meet all of the creation requirements for full access, you still need to have an active RR+ subscription.
You find out if you've got full access in your settings page on rec.net
No one in the creation help channel can really help you with this. Ya either got full access, or ya don't.
