I just bought the pink visor in laser tag like 5 minutes ago but I got sent into a round before the box could send. Now only the gift text will show up but not the box.

Can anyone help?

Are you able to find them in your customization menu?

Were your tokens removed from your account?

I didn't use tokens I used the tickets from laser tag but yes they were removed

Ok, sounds like it bug/glitch. I would recommend sending in a support ticket via Zendesk so that the support team can look into it. In most cases, they will just send it to you again
