sounds like a dorm lock. its part of the anti cheat. You most likely have it becuase of a cheat engine, vpn, flagged steam account, or you are linked with another account that has it. Send a ticket to appeal your ban

voice moderation, friend maybe used your account, false reported. Those could all be possible

idk, maybe if it ran as administrator. any third party software EAC will detect and flag your account

Do you play over Wi-Fi? Could be your connection getting interrupted. Other than that, with the game closing out completely, that sounds like an issue with your PC. You could try the Windows standalone version from https://rec.net/download and see if it might be Steam causing your issue.
