Holster object on hip

I was trying to equip an object to the player's hip using "holster object" but it just shows the error that I don't have permissions. Only the hip slot is enabled and it lets me holster it manually.. Is there an alternative or something that I need to do to make it work?

its configured to holster to the shoulder slot by default, configure the chip and make it holster to one of the two hip slots
