That forum does nothing, this is not a server issue. I can't log into my profile specifically on my computer, I have tried resetting my router, restarting my computer, my eeros, reinstalling on different drives, I can't use a vpn (Oculus airlink), and nothing is working. I've tried enabling it on my firewall as well. Does anybody know anything or been through something similar?

oddly, though I have not gotten an email from recroom support about my ticket, I threw a shot in the dark and randomly decided to see if I could log on last night and I miraculously could. Very odd
(this was an ongoing issue for about a month before now)

How does Airlink have anyhting to do with a VPN? A VPN is for your internet connection and it could have proven if it was an IP issue. But, also you could have tried to see if any other device could connect as well as checked to see if you could get on rec.net. That could have indicated your IP was being blocked or it was an issue with your device. But, glad to see it is resolved. If you opened a ticket and did not get at least an auto repy, then you either entered your email wrong or it is going to your spam filter.

while I hadn't tested a VPN, my brain just assumed since my quest wouldn't be on the same vpn network it wouldn't work out. Also, speed problems which can already be a bit iffy at times on my current network
I realize now that I left out quite a chunk of info in my post, I did indeed log in successfully on my phone and I could not log into rec net on my computer.. at least, for a bit, sometime after I put in my ticket, I could log into rec.net but could not access recroom still.. it's very odd! But all is well now :) Thank you for your reply!
P.S. I did get an auto email, but my issue was resolved without getting any human contact from support or even confirmation that they fixed anything.. just a bit odd, but again it's all fixed now so I'm happy :)
