Roles can't be changed

I want to use (player add role) and (player emove) role but they aren't findable and when I try to spawn a role mapper chip I get an error saying my role assignment doesn't allow for that, I have no idea what it means

right what is the error message specifically?

I forgot but it was very similar to "your role assignment does not allow" or something

are we talking about the cv1 role mapper chip?

Cv1 mapper and the cv2 "player add role" and "player remove role" are gone

ah, youve turned on some room setting that prevents those from being spawned

or something relating to the role that you have if its a beta room

Yes it's beta room but I have used them in beta rooms before

try checking all role chips for any overrides in the maker pen section

Ok I'll try looking around at the settings

Nothing

I don't see any problems with my settings
