You'll need to create a league if you haven't. You can do seasons while you wait to be sponsored (without the gold skins and other official rewards). As you grow in popularity, it will look better for when you are ready to get sponsored. Every now and then league sponsorship applications will open (last time was 30 Sept - 30 October 2023). It appears to happen around October every year. They are looking for leagues that are unique. For example a if you are trying to get a paintball league started, you will have a difficult time as there are already many leagues centered around paintball.
If you haven't already, join the Rec Room Sponsored Leagues discord server, as that is where you will see the announcement for when applications open.
