Is it still possible to get offsale/limited time items from reporting gamebreaking bugs, because I believe ive found two dangerous crashing methods with the makerpen, even if you can't get items like ive seen, ill still report the bugs.

I believe they plan on bringing back rewards for bugs eventually, but most of the items usually come from BugCrowd. They have temporarily stopped giving cosmetics due to the increase of hacked accounts.
