Once you get accepted, you'll receive an email regarding the details along with circuits you have to connect.

You'll also have the guest broadcasting screen for moderation, which I'm not sure bout I think for example, when the broadcaster is hosting an event, you can choose a few users to be a guest for broadcast.

Keep in mind, they'll have to check whether you've been hosting popular events or have not recently banned.
