so i just kinda wanna ask, how would all the games look like with full-body avatars enabled? would the creator of the room be able to turn it on and off for their game?

They will look like any other game with regular avatars on and no, the creator does not get the ability to force users into a personal choice.
This would be like saying creators can be able to turn of people with noses.
Or even more they can turn off the ability to have brown color tones in your room.
Or they prevent users from having pronouns in their room.
Discrimination of any sort should not be promoted.
