are you trying to say that you need a synced text screen?
no somthing thats saved so if i rejoin the text isnt gone

all you need to do is keep a log of the text that had been sent to the list variable while removing any that would make it go over the 65 element limit
and then when the player joins you just go through the list backwards and send it to the text screen again
