If she can still access her account, go to rec.net > Settings > Account > Force Logout All Devices (She must know the password to her account) Next change her password.

If whomever is using her account changed her password/email/phone number already, then submit a ticket with information such as her past passwords/emails/phone number as well as the device she made the account on. It would be best if she made the ticket and submitted it using her original email that was tied to her account
