I was about to see if I had full acsess, and I do! I was very happy, but when I tried to publish the room, It just gave me the option to publish to studio. I cannot publish my room fully. The screenshot shows proof of my full acsess. Thanks for the help team!

Once it is uploaded, you have to publish the room in game if you want it to be public.
