Not trying to be redundant to what the Dyno bot said, but there is a link that you can submit these photos to in your case with a ban. If you feel that staff should see this with your case, you can submit them there, as well as any other photos/videos you have, as well as tell everything in detail on what happened.

@signal hinge you can’t publicly post images like this, but you can report them and their messages in game but since you have a photo evidence you can send a report via Zendesk
