I wouldn’t say it’s ban -worthy. People would just join, know it crashes you, then leave it. So after a while, it’ll be at like 2 visits a week anyway.

If the room is made to crash people then yes.

Report them in game or through a Zendesk request. Calling for people to be banned on here can be seen as a form a witch hunting and result in moderation of you on Discord. So, you might want to remove the name or the post all together and handle it through support.
