I am a new clan leader just breaking off of a really old clan from 2018, and I’m looking into starting my own clan.
When I first joined the clan I was previously in, over time during my almost two years in the group, I realized that actually leading a clan, and a good one takes many different moving parts.
It takes a head of the group taking it into a certain direction, leaders to keep the group moving, and ultimately builders to help build rooms to be used for roleplay and structure in mind.
More than anything, I’m not looking for builders to bring them in build one room and be done.
I want to bring in a team of builders who can work together over long extensive periods of time, and eventually, help me create a group truly special, and ultimately build rooms to create this experience for my group.
I have a lot of different things I’m going to be asking for, but right now the three main requirements.
- I need you to be experienced with the maker pen.
- You need to be able to adapt well to any given task, and ultimately do your best as far as work ethics when tasked with a job building something.
- You need to be able to work well with a team.
