First, try resetting your dorm by logging into rec.net, go to settings, account.

If that don't work, try clearing your cache folder and registry key as follows:

You can get to the cache folder by using the Win +R and putting in
%USERPROFILE%/AppData/LocalLow/Against Gravity
Just delete the whole Rec Room folder.

To delete the registry string.
In the Windows bar, type RegEdit. It will show as Registry Editor. CTRL+F or Edit>Find and search for Against Gravity. It should come to a folder under Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Against Gravity and it has another folder Rec Room under it. Delete that Rec Room folder and try again.
