Nothing. Only one person per account. In the CoC, It states
One player per account. The player must match the birth date on the account.

If you log into it, it will be associated with your device. Then say that person does something, like some CoC violation to get banned, you too will get an associated ban because they will see it as you playing on multiple accounts. Or, that person could be using it just to try and get you on that and claim you "stole" the account, even though it was given to you. Just risky all around.
