Playing on Quest 2, and my left hand won't grab any items. Gift opening tag, dodgeballs, camera from backpack were the items I tried to grab and none of them worked. Replaced battery, restarted game, and restarted my headset. Still won't work. Please help me out here.

Apparently changing your locomotion mode from teleport/walking and back makes it work again. Would give that a try then make a bug report on Zendesk with all the details so they are aware of the situation.
