what kinds of topics or things you'd see on a rec room talk show?

Pulling in mirror couples and finding out "You are not the father....."

Finding out "You never loved me anyways and I've had 3 other mirror couples."

Finding out that the girl that never talks to you in the mirror couple relationship is actually some 40 year old guy.

But, on serious note, people do talk show like events all the time and just talk about random stuff that comes up from the group that is there.
