Kind of hard to fix when they know nothing else about the situation other than you are on mobile. What mobile? iPhone, Android, something else? What version? iPhone 11 Pro with iOS 12? Motorola G3 on Android 11?

It's like saying "my car keeps breaking down, FIX IT!!!" but never showing them the car or even saying what type of car it is.

There could be a number of reasons your game crashes. For one, on mobile, you are usually on Wi-Fi. So, that means at any moment your signal could be interrupted. Albeit the interruption might be so subtle that you would never know otherwise. But, considering the game needs to know where every thing is at every moment, that slight interruption could mean the game drops you.

IPad what? There are many versions and generations. Also, check the actual iOS version. Seen a few people claim they are on the latest but didn't check the actual version number, like 13.1.9.
