Have you tried to restart the game or device playing on? As well as restarting the internet. Could also try to delete and re-install the game.

If restarting the device does not work again, seeing that you are on Steam, try this.

In the Windows bar, type RegEdit. It will show as Registry Editor. CTRL+F or Edit>Find and search for Against Gravity. It should come to a folder under Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Against Gravity and it has another folder Rec Room under it. Delete that Rec Room folder and try again.
