My game kicked me to the account selection screen and i got error code notebook. On my phone i can’t connect to the game or the website unless i’m on mobile data. I can also connect on other wifi networks.

Sounds like you IP may have been banned. If you haven't done anything wrong, open a request on Zendesk and let them know the details.
