i if anyone out there can help me? I was sitting in crescent cliffs and talking about how Explosives (specifically pineapple frag grenades) work. I don't know if it was "promoting violence" if so that was not my intention. It says I was banned "you have been banned as a result of our voice moderation system detecting language that violates our code of conduct" then it says my ban was for harassment and discrimination but the only people I was talking to were my friends and it was about pineapple hand grenades so I don't know what was discriminatory or harassing about that it was a very calm conversation. If I could have any staff help that would be a live saver I love playing your game and I am 100% sure this is a misunderstanding
#Please, I got A 5-day ban for doing nothing besides sitting having a calm conversation with my buds

No one here on Discord can help you with that. You can appeal the ban as listed on your ban notification or send more details through a request on Zendesk. Even then, the appeal may not be accepted and the voice moderation may not have been from that exact moment. But, only they can answer you and it may take a bit for them to get back to you on it.

Update was sitting in crescent cliffs having a conversation with my friend this dude came up started screaming into his mic telling me I better listen to him do I understand him... etc. Anyways I blocked him will people in the game don't like that you block them or mute them when they're trying to troll and then they Mass report you were spam report you I wasn't Mass report at this time but the dude reported me and I got banned and I don't get how because like I'm not trolling anybody I talk to like my friends on the game

Best thing you can do for yourself is record the situation when that happens, ignore them and remove yourself from the situation. Then file the report. If you have no proof they are false reporting you, all those reports are legit. I don't know how you manage to get into these situations in the first place, but maybe avoiding them or going to a private instance with your friends would be a better option.
