The previous skins can be purchased when featured and a new skin can be obtained from the weekly that starts on the second Wednesday of the month. All other weeklies would be a repeat of old skins and for veteran players that already have the skin it would just be some random item you get from playing a 15 second game of paddleball anyways. I agree, that the weekly was an incentive to do tasks regardless of the repeat skin, but they do not see the value in doing it themselves each week.
