Yes, on the streamer cam page, audio settings, change it to camera. The only problem with that is that you will also hear from that perspective. Meaning if the camera is on the other side of the room, you will hear that over the person that is standing right next to you.

No i mean when i speak it comes from the cam even if im far from the cam but others are on proximity chat for it
