My account is on like lock down every time I try to login it says error code:note and I’m getting frustrated because I spent money on this game just for it to lock me out of my account

That’s a connection error, not an account. If restarting your internet, restarting rr, or some other internet related restart doesn’r work, you should just wait a day and try again. I used to get that error message all the time when I had bad internet and sometimes you just need to wait a day
