Is your phone supported by rec room? Sometimes if your running a phone that is not good enough to handle rec room it wont install.

May I ask, are you trying to download rec room on a android phone or an apple phone?
I see. I'll be honest I am not too sure about apple devices. I don't know if you have googled for a fix yet but Id suggest searching to see if someone has this issue with this game or another game. I could say you could try restarting your device, or seeing if you can delete all the rec room files on your phone. Since sometimes the game does not get rid of all data. But you might have to let someone else answer this question. Also I did not see the iOS tag on the post sorry about that.
