What does local mean? In rec room context, like local player or get local camera forward

In Cv2, everyone has their own circuits

Everyone sees the same circuits, but it all runs individually

"Local" means the player running the circuit

For me, im the local player, and no one else is

For you, you're the local player and no one else is

We can both see 2 completely different values in certain situations

For example:

     Is Local (Fires only for the player who joined) >
     Not Local (Fires for everyone else) >```
