i however feel the anti-emitter should look fundamentally different from standard emitters besides color, while i could understand it still being organic however

I imagine anticreeper is just another faction/type of creeper that's artificially altered to not damage our structures (Which may or may not be why different creeper factions exist at all, assuming that makes it into final CW5)
