Prospector zone displays as arc eternal

When trying to play prospector zone I am brought to the arc eternal map with different levels. When I click on a level on either prospetor zone or arc eternal, it will update the stats for the system with the appropriate stats. EX: Going to Egos in prospector zone will set the systems number of planets to 1, while if I go with the arc eternal map it correctly displays 4. I am not sure what is going on, but I don't think have not seen the proper map for the prospector zone, but I am not sure because I have never seen the prospector zone's actual map. Any help on this matter would be appreciated.

Did you not see the pinned post here asking for a log file? 🙂

Also, please tell me whether you are using Microsoft OneDrive. It sounds as if one of your configuration files are corrupted and a primary driver for that is having MS OneDrive and a few issues that emanate from that - such as not being logged in to OneDrive, or OneDrive and Steam Cloud synch competing with one another, etc.

I am not using one drive

sorry for not putting the log, when i saw reporting bugs i thought that was for more specifically bug reports and not for help with a bug but it makes sense you would need it

OK, thanks for the log file. I do see the error there, but I'm not sure if there is any resolution other than nuking some of your files and possibly losing your progress.

Do you have any backups that you could try if I told you which files to restore from backup?

I'm currently waiting on knucracker to come online and take a look at your issue, so either one of us will post back with some next steps.

Yeah, it's one or more of the data files that are corrupt. The only option is to remove them or restore them from backup. Generally I start with removal and then put things back till I see it break. And of course turn off steam cloud support other wise it will keep overwriting what you remove/place

I’d be fine to nuke some of my progress, i just dont know what files to delete

Basically, rename or move that directory while the game is not running and after steam cloud sync is disabled. When you start the game it will be like "new". my only issue that i can find with this is that torrmented space starts with 5 inhibitors destroyed
