If you struggle with this one (took me 40 mins in game to start getting past the mountains, so I would think people will), I'll share some tips.
Go for the pylon, then go south, to the ERN Sprayer, continue up the mountain, and try and go East, and grab the ERN Mortar.
Then, leave that area to be taken back, but, go up the mountain with the ERN Sprayer on it, then push into the Preventor below. After that, you should have enough ERNs to slowly take the southern mountains, take the Dome Emitter, and go from there to the Factory, or even the Lab.
There is likely a better way to do it, but it worked out for me, so eh
