Remaking this suggestion since the old suggestions stuff is gone.
There’s termites and small termite mound background things in the savanna but what if occasionally a larger one that you could actually dig into generated?
Maybe below it there’s a chamber where you can get a small little weapon/tool. Immediate ideas that come to mind are a termite mound/hive sentry that create termites to bite enemies. Or I also noticed another suggestion asking about dart guns/blow guns, a termite blow gun that shoots a dart that gnaws on enemies sounds funny.
