Inaccessible sparkling chest appearing on top of pillar

It has happened to me three times -- next time I'll snag a screenshot-- Chest appearing on top of one of the super tall pillars in Obsidian Stronghold - 1; Impossible to reach unless I'm missing something (I did notice a stone 'tablet' that looked out of place in the stage, but couldn't find a way to interact/don't think it is related)

You can teleport onto the shorter pillars and basically hop your way up
