[Quest] I think this problem exists since a beginning as I was always feeling it takes longer than stated. On the video a charm with 12seconds cooldown takes really 16seconds.

I thought the cooldown on chain was 16? I'd have to check again, I thought 12 was for the bomb charm

ah for various technical stupidity the description here and store is seperate to the value of cooldown

so probably was just changed out of sync
