Sometimes you’ve got like 1 or 2 shells left, but u know you’re gonna need a full case in a sec, so u discard it and quickly try to grab a fresh one. But damn, you end up magnetically pulling back that same case. Boom you’re dead.

Could we leave that discarded case inactive for a minute if it’s near empty? Or just destroy it? Plz. 🙏

^ You pull your magazine and throw it on the ground. In the heat of the moment you're trying to reach into your ammo pouch to reload and the old magazine zips back to your hand. You don't realize because you're trying to watch the enemy as you're reloading. This is what happens for me anyway. I don't know if I'd just make the mag inactive though, there's still bullets in them you might need later so I don't know. Maybe making it so you have to press A button and Grip to grab discarded mags?

Yeah, on rare occasions I've noticed if you eject a mag sometimes it will go back into your pouch if it still has bullets in it. It's inconsistent, doesn't happen all the time. I've only noticed because sometimes my last magazine only has a couple bullets in it.

I haven't figured out if it's from grabbing the mag off the gun manually, ejecting it into the pouch on accident, or the mechanic where dropped mags automatically return to your pouch similar to when you drop your gun on the ground,.

for me it seems like it is only if i drop the mag within a certain proximity of my ammo pouch

i think theres a short delay on the 'cant grab' time when you drop it, migth tweak that and it might do it
