Using a Valve Index.
When launching through Steam, SteamVR indefinitely says "next up: the light brigade" but never loads in on the headset. On desktop, the game launches, but never progresses past a screen with a green rectangle. Screenshot attached below.

AMD Ryzen 5 3600
nVidia GeForce 1070 ti
32gb RAM
Windows 10

Sent a bug report using the desktop button at the bottom, but cannot locate where the .zip for that gets placed to upload.
