I have been locked out of my VR chat account because of an Avatar I equipped crashing my game and if there is some way to reset my equipped avatar please let me know.

There are several ways to reset your avatar without needing to contact support. Here are your options, from easiest to most involved:
Option 1: Keyboard Shortcut (In-Game)
Press Ctrl + \ simultaneously while in VRChat. This will locally set you to a grey robot avatar, allowing you to switch to a different one. [Unable to switch avatar]
Option 2: Hold Quick Menu Buttons During Load
If you can't get into a world, hold down both Quick Menu buttons for the entire duration of loading a world — your avatar will be reset upon entering. [Unable to switch avatar]
Option 3: Reset via VRChat Website
If you have a VRChat account, you can reset your avatar directly from the website:

for me I sign into the website and my account force it to change through there, u can look in favourite avatars and choose the one you want and force it on
