@royal wave i got the ones from UnboundVR (dutch vr webshop).
they are very similar to the ones that just say ''TrackStrap'' and ''TrackBelt'' on them. (instead of that, both the trackstrap and the trackbelt have the UnboundVR logo on them and are black with orange outlines.)
they stay in place quite firmly, don't wiggle around on the feet at all.
the belt i just had too tighten a little more, no more wiggling there too, not even when some strong movements.
my avatar seems to work quite well with it too, so yeah, quite happy with my purchase.
