on a normal map with everything needed the avatar looks just great

Yeah due to people usually only making lighting that supports toon shaders, Have you tried the rero standard?
it supports fake light and could help.
I'm looking into maybe getting a highly custom standard done.

An old model i ported back in early spring of 2018
A good shader i ended up retiring due to not understanding how to utilize fake light at that time so some world i'd look awful for a black silhouette. In the right worlds, which are very few i looked amazing due to all my bumpmaps and normals and reflection materials.

for ex...i need to add a colision to avoid "skirt" to go inside the body while walking...

dynamic bones and collision boxes would prevent that, but yeah it cant really all be perfect

putting dynamic bones on the skirt then putting the collision on the hips can help
